Carmen Sandiego

So often when you see the games that were redeveloped, there is more emphasis on how can we augment things? How can we add more of this, more of that? And I'm not talking just about Oregon Trail.

I'm talking about Carmen Sandiego.

I'm talking about a lot of different things that were popular in the 80s.

And keeping sight on what is going on in the head of the users, what engages them, what is going to make this a truly fun, interesting game, as well as educational, if it's supposed to be educational.

Was this peak educational games?

Yes.

I think so, right? I can't think of anything with, again, the possible exception of Carmen Sandiego, which we've talked about.

I can't think of anything that people played in school computer labs that they loved this much for this long.
