So according to a JP Morgan estimate, this could lead to a wave of more than $12 billion in net passive buying for spare, shares of SpaceX, one of the top things that'll be on our radar, especially as there's another lockup expiration hitting later in the week.

NVIDIA is buying Hugging Face in a transaction valued at $13 billion.

Bloomberg's Carmen Reinicke has more.

It's their largest acquisition.

Um, it comes after a year of a lot of deals sort of struck by this company, and it's, uh, you know, Huang is very, um, interested in supporting these large language models.

Mm-hmm.

And so Hugging Face really gives NVIDIA the space to be, to be there, right? Where people are sort of sharing and, and, um, you know, using these models.

And Bloomberg's Carmen Reinicke reports it does add to a list of multi-billion dollar deals for NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang in the last year.

And at the open, NVIDIA shares are higher by almost 1%.

Even so, there was a bit of caution in front of Nvidia's earnings due tomorrow after the closing bell.

There are a few key things investors are really looking at in this report.

They want to know more about sort of the circular financing woes that Nvidia is, like, you know, giving even more money sort of to this ecosystem.

And then they want to hear what Jensen has to say.

I mean, he is still considered sort of the, the king, the pope of AI, and what he says about future forward demand is really important.

Today, shares in Nvidia gained more than two percent, recovering a small portion of losses recorded over a seven-session losing streak.

Yeah, so we're seeing a lot of selling pressure here, and there's just so much caution, I think, baked into this space.

Those are the biggest laggards on the S&P and the NASDAQ.
