Carlo Masala

Here

I have a book and it's written by Carlo Masala.

He's a German security expert and it's talking about a scenario where Russia would attack Europe in the near future.

And in this hybrid warfare scenario, And that he describes Russia would take a small territory in one of the Baltic states, which has a Russian minority, and then quickly try to establish facts on the ground where they just claim it and then hope that the Europeans will not try to get it back.
