Carl Karcher

I didn't know this.

You know what's interesting about Carl Karcher, though? What? Early on, all the way through the peaks and valleys, all the way to the sale event, never, ever compromised in his devout practicing Catholicism and advocacy for human life.

And then the successor CEO, Andy Puzder, a devout Catholic, friend of mine, been a guest on Capitol Record.

I just spoke with him recently at the Reagan Library, and he currently serves as the United States ambassador to the European Union.

Wow.

And Andy was Carl Karcher's hand-selected replacement CEO after years of being their general counsel.

But Carl was an amazing guy.

And was the city actually Anaheim or Anaheim Hills? Or what was the city that we consider the genesis of Carl's?
