So for any domain of knowledge, like teaching is the decomposition of that into units that can be then built up in the mind of a kid.

And there is a scope and sequence to that.

And there is an ideal... order in which that knowledge is put together.

So for example, at a rudimentary level, if you learn your times tables and you commit that to memory, then when you're looking at other math problems, your working memory is freed up.

You're not having to figure out what 8 times 6 is.

Is there anything else that teachers can be doing that might support against some of those kind of short form video and information overload concerns that are kind of causing this?
