That reminds me of another one of the policies.

So if anyone has the Captiva plan side-by-side document pulled up in front of them, let's walk through it together.

So on the first page, Policy 23.1.1, Mangrove Fringe.

On the left, under the Captiva Plan, it says, consider development regulations that will provide additional protection to the shoreline, including mangrove fringe, to the greatest extent possible.

So I want to highlight that it says greatest extent possible.

The county is saying this policy is duplicative or repeating itself related to the Lee Plan Policy 123.2.12. Maybe we'll stop saying the numbers if that's too much.

And you really have to take a close look at this to notice some of the small language changes that could have very large impacts.
