In the sunshine of that bright May morning, Francesco and his men went merrily to work to possess themselves of the ducal camp, and the first business of the day was to arm those soldiers who had come out unarmed.

Of weapons there was no lack, and to these they helped themselves in liberal fashion, whilst here and there a man would pause to don a hoburgeon or press a steel cap on his head.

But hey, Merica, am I right? Also, you gotta love the dig at Paramount from that initial post, which they call a skydance capitulation, which is about as perfect a piece of corporate trolling as you're going to find, especially given the fact that these are the exact people signing a billion dollar plus deal with that same company.

Paramount agreed to pay Donald Trump $16 million to settle a bogus lawsuit, agreed to kill Stephen Colbert's show under the flimsy cover of purely a financial decision, and let its incoming Skydance ownership, run by the son of a Donald Trump megadonor, cave to an FCC approval process that reportedly came to side deals benefiting Donald Trump's presidency.

And instead of staying quiet about any of it, The two guys Paramount is paying $1.5 billion to keep happy, Trey Parker and Matt Stone, are using their own platform to publicly rename their parent company Capitulation to its face.

Perhaps CBS's leadership could learn a thing or two about what it's like to actually have a spine.

Now, as I noted, this comes just days after South Park won an Emmy for Outstanding Animated Program.

You are being lied to, and you have a reason to be angry, and you should be angry, but channel that anger not into violence, but into just make them comply.

Capitulate is a new word I've been working on.

Make them capitulate.

It worked.

I'm not sure which one.

What is there to say? I don't mean that in some type of weird philosophical way and speaking above my brain.

But what I'm saying is sometimes there's just nothing to add, right? All the information is out there.

I've got nothing to contribute.

And as any good shooter knows, you miss more than you make.

But there's some metaphor about shooting for the moon because you land among the stars.

And that's the way I approach saying some bullshit.

But sometimes I don't want to say any bullshit.

But, yeah, this does seem like the type of game where the cows could, I don't know, just not have the desire.

Capitulate is the word you're looking for.

Yeah.
