And I remember it was, like, a week after I had finally gotten over COVID and a stomach bug, and I went out to the mountains with my friend for the day, and I felt s- like, really good for the first time in a, in a while, in probably a couple months in Colorado.

And I dropped her off at her apartment in Capitol Hill in Denver.

And two blocks from her house, I was at a red light with my window down, listening to music, just in a really good mood and at peace from a beautiful day in the mountains.

Um, and this man kind of a- appeared out of nowhere it seemed like, and tried to grab me- And, um, it was kind-- it's kind of a blur, but it's-- he started, like, punching my car, and I rolled the window up, and they started trying to break the glass.

And then if you get four of the same symbol, you win, or if you get one of each of the seven symbols in the deck, you win as well.

Um, so, you know, I had the opportunity to do a game night at a coffee shop in Cap Hill here in Denver.

Um, and that was really great.

It was about eight of us, so that's pushing the game about to its limit of how many it supports.

And so although it's called the Molly Brown House now, it didn't start off in the Brown family.

It was built by Isaac and Mary Large, who wanted a residence in Capitol Hill.

The Larges had built their fortune in mining silver.

But unfortunately, an economic depression in the early 1890s had affected the silver industry greatly, which I was not aware of.

I've never wanted to be on the sea.

I mean, she is incredible.

And she actually traveled so much that her residence on Capitol Hill, which now we call the Molly Brown House, was often rented out to visitors during her long absences.

Well, that's a lucrative way to maintain your house.

I also want people to understand it isn't just big giant buildings that we have to wait years for.

So I live in Capitol Hill, Cheesman Park area, and there's a lot of empty mansions.

beautiful, Cheesman Park, historic, and why are these mansions sitting empty? Well, because if you're a millionaire, a multimillionaire, are you going to buy a mansion off of Colfax? Or can we, as a public housing developer, buy those up, convert those into individual apartments, and have everybody enjoy what we love about East Colfax, which is close to stores, walkable, close to the park, all of that.
