Capital improvement plan

Um, one other work meeting discussion was on what we call the CIP framework.

If you took our acronym quiz on our social media [laughs] this week, you might already know that CIP stands for Capital Improvement Plan.

Capital meaning basically just large city infrastructure, city projects.

So when we talk about capital projects or capital improvement projects, we're improving or building, um, new capital.
