When I think back about the St. Regis Capcana, and it's funny because it was exactly one year apart.

They were popping up on my time hop.

I'm like, oh, I'm at the St. Regis and I was at the other one exactly one year ago.

I love that this one has a lazy river.

Yeah, and here's the thing, you know, there's people that have options to buy developers that's building multiple houses, multiple units and so on, right? The thing I like about Grupo Joseda is certain spots in the location that we're going to be living in.

So like they have houses in Punta Cana Village, they have houses in also Candles in Cap Cana.

So like different locations in Punta Cana.

So they just started building houses in the location we're going to be living in.
