Mike, well, Mike is probably the most underrated rugby leader in my time because he was a chair when I came to Christchurch to work at the Canterbury Rugby Union and the Crusaders, and then he came to New Zealand Rugby at a time of upheaval when basically they replaced the whole board after we lost the co-hosting rights to the 2003 World Cup.
