Canopy

I'm Amanda Rosevear, your host and general manager of Alf Insight.

With a wealth of media experience, Paloma has been central to shaping Canopy's business and leading high-performing commercial teams.

In this episode, we delve into a topic critical to every business, company culture.

Paloma shares what culture truly means in practice, why trust and respect form its foundation, how Canopy redefined its values coming out of the pandemic and why success leaves clues.
