Cannabis Administration and Opportunity Act

Congressional Democrats tepidly endorsed the order, leaving a partial solution that fell short of full legalization.

But we know that 17 Senate Democrats we talked about on the show, Cory Booker, Chuck Schumer, Ron Wyden from New Jersey, New York, and Oregon, respectively, reintroduced the Cannabis Administration and Opportunity Act.

We've talked about the other acts out there, the Estates Act, which I was in support of.

And Senator Wyden wrote in a statement to CNBC, quote, voters across the country have made it clear they want cannabis legalized and Trump's half measures aren't fooling anyone.
