But she helped with the whole founding of Canaveral National Seashore as well, which could have stood to be developed if not for that.

That's my favorite beach.

There I had the opportunity to connect with ATC again and held a number of other positions with the Park Service, highlighting a few of, I think, the most important to the job I'm doing now.

I was the superintendent at First State National Historical Park, which is Pennsylvania and Delaware, and then at Canaveral National Seashore in Florida.

Those, again, I learned the ins and outs of park management on the ground.
