And so this year already, so many milestones.

In February we received our license to construct from the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission.

In March, or actually at the end of February, we made FID right away.

And then in March we started site preparation and early works.

The new build still triggered a duty to consult, and that duty was discharged through the normal federal process.

The Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission found the Crown's duty to consult satisfied when it granted the construction license in April two thousand twenty-five, more than a year before the equity deal was announced.

There has been no litigation, no blockade, no organized opposition.

The consent that the equity stake might notionally be buying was already secured through the regulator before the deal existed.

The Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission has announced that it has amended the licensing basis for both stations.

The change authorizes Bruce A to operate at up to 95.5% of full power, up from its previous limit of 92.5%.

Bruce B can now operate at up to 96% of full power.

The milestone allows the nuclear operator to perform target carrier removal directly on site, streamlining the production process for lutetium-177, a key medical isotope used in targeted prostate cancer treatments.

By processing materials on site, the facility aims to lower emissions, reduce transit requirements, and boost worker safety.
