Canadian Football Hall of Fame

Like, there's their Hall of Fames.

Like, I think the Canadian Football Hall of Fame is just full of these floating heads.

That's where they are.

Imagine being trapped in there at night.

Hello.

I saw it was Mark DeNovo, the executive director of the Canadian Football Hall of Fame.

He goes, we're about to have our news conference here.

We're announcing the induction class for next year.

You played in the Canadian League with the Edmonton Eskimos.

As a matter of fact, you're in the Canadian Football Hall of Fame as well as the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

And in that time, you won four Grey Cups.

That's the championship, for those that don't know, in the Canadian Football League.

Remember, he played a little bit with the Bears and Packers.

Three-time Grey Cup champ at a Canadian Football Hall of Famer.

We're on after Sunday Night Football.

And again, a bunch of interviews I was telling you earlier I mentioned, or off-air I should say, Jamar Chase.

Thank you.

Producer Chory has a photo of a very important guy, Canadian Football Hall of Famer, Chris Bluto Walby.

Just so you know, I'm a big guy, 6'3".

There aren't many people make me feel small.

Happy birthday, Chris Walby.

His 70th today.

Canadian Football Hall of Famer.

Great Cup champion of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.

So now we're going to head out on the Western Pizza Guest Hotline.

Perfect pizza, generous amount of toppings, and all the Greek favorites you love.

He's a Canadian Football Hall of Famer.

He is a four-time CFL All-Star.

He is the man behind one of the most famous plays in Grey Cup history.

That's a good number.

His career was about so much more than just one play.

I know we all remember the catch, but he is a Canadian Football Hall of Famer, a four-time Outstanding Canadian, and of course won CFL's Most Outstanding Player Award in 1978.

Welcome into the Green Zone, game day, the pregame show.

I'm Jamie Nye with Canadian Football Hall of Fame reporter Darrell Davis, and Grey Cup champion, Belton Johnson.

Over the next two hours, we'll get you set for the Saskatchewan Roughriders and the Montreal Alouettes.

A rematch of last week's game in Montreal that was quite one-sided.

Heart and soul guys, right?

Yeah, absolutely.

You know, they, they might not be Canadian Football Hall of Famers, but they're certainly worthy of, of, of Plaza of Honor here because-

Absolutely

Mark McKay, uh, out of, out of, uh, lacrosse, an offensive guard, was one of our co-captains.

Mike Walker, who was inducted in the Hamilton, uh, CFL Hall of Fame, he and I were defensive co-captains.

So the four of us will be the guys that will represent, you know, the '81 team.

All of us basically came from different areas, and we all kind of came together, and he made us a team.
