tour.

I'm such a big fan of the show, and I love competition shows.

I'm from b- uh, Drag Race Canada.

I love to win, so I'm very excited to play this game.

Have you seen past seasons of the Traitors Canada or other franchises of The Traitors?

So that's my best guess.

But yeah, because there has been another performer, I believe in Canada Drag Race, where they were predominantly a drag queen, but they had a drag king persona.

[ding] What's your name, and what's one word that would describe your game or strategy?

Hi, my name is Van Gogh, the winner of Canada's Drag Race Season 6, and my gameplay strategy is lethal.

Why did you want to play Traders Canada?

I wanted to play on the Traders Canada because I wanted to show off my strategic gameplay, and I wanted to have a little fun, cause a little mayhem.

I would prefer to be a Trader because being a Faithful sounds really, really boring, and I don't really wanna be bored.

Um, but yeah, I feel like Traders get to have the most fun, and I wanna have the most amount of fun.

How will competing on Canada's Drag Race help you out with Traders Canada?

Um, [laughs] I don't think there's gonna be any, like, singing or sewing challenges, but if there is, I got this in the bag.

It sounds like something to be like, we're not doing that American Drag Race bullshit.

Samy Lantry is one of Canada's biggest stars on the drag scene.

She was a fan favorite on Canada's Drag Race Season 6, and then she was a finalist on Canada's Drag Race All-Stars airing on Crave.

Her hilarious TikTok and Instagram videos have millions of views, and she's made new fans all over the world.

And in the process, she's sharing her love for her Acadian identity every step of the way.

Although Sami did not win Drag Race All-Stars, she's won over thousands of hearts and has announced a national tour in the process.

She made a visit to our studio right before the Drag Race All-Stars finale.
