It would take someone visiting the city, to properly visit it, would take them three days.

Say, for some reason, you decided you wanted to vacation in Canaan, New Hampshire.

Lovely town, great lake, no reason to not visit there.

Uh, but you could probably see everything there is to see in Canaan in one or two days, right? You go visit the lake, maybe you go downtown, spend a little bit of time, uh, sightseeing some of the, the older buildings, and then you're done.

No one, uh, unless they just wanna lay out on the lake, which is a totally fine thing to do, no one is gonna come and sightsee in Canaan, New Hampshire, or Lebanon, New Hampshire, for that matter, for five days.

No one is gonna sightsee for five days.

Now, if instead you were going to visit New York City or Boston or you were going to go to Washington, DC, or one of the major metropolitan areas, a five-day journey makes perfect sense.
