If not, why not? Were TPUSA personnel telephoning one another while assuming that someone else had contacted emergency services? By the way, that's not the protocol of a team charged with and acknowledged as being proficient and versed in the emergency getaway business.

Was there a designated emergency coordinator, for example? Did the team have a radio channel connected to University Police? Because with all of the wiring and the cameras and the SD cards and the phones and all this stuff, you would think, especially from people who held themselves out to be security-minded and the like, you would think maybe they would have this kind of figured out.
