Camp Courageous to hold haunted trail event, Monticello.

A year-round recreational respite and travel program for individuals with disabilities plans a Halloween-themed fundraising event.

Camp Courageous will hold its haunted public trail and dance event from 6:00 to 10:00 PM, Saturday, October 17th, at the Camp, 12007 190th Street near Monticello, according to an online announcement.

A dance will follow the trail activity.

Food trucks and vendors will be on site.

She was an active member of Stanwood Union Church and served her community through her membership in the Stanwood Lions Club, where she served as treasurer and was a member for over 30 years.

Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 25th at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in Hiawatha, with visitation beginning one hour prior to the service.

Most recently, she was thriving in their home and community-based services program, enjoying many outings and living her best life.

A celebration of Emily's life will be held in November.
