And instead of just replacing him, the Eagles moved Cam Jurgens, their Pro Bowl center, to left guard in a bit of a surprise, and then have a second year former fifth round pick, Drew Kendall, playing center, in part because they like what Kendall does in a, in a pre-snap processing phase.

And he was pretty good last week.

Yeah.

Obviously, we're loving what Drew Kendall brings to the table.

It's Jurgens that we're concerned about.

And I mean, there's no Jeffrey Simmons that he has to deal with this week.

So where on a scale of 1 to 10 are we concerned with the interior offensive line versus the Bears?

Um, I mean, it's, it's kind of, it's very concerning.

It's very concerning, especially with Jurgens and I appreciate Jurgens.

Um, but something, something's not right with him.

And I'm not going to sit here and say like, it's easy to go from center to guard, you know what I mean? Um, but he's well prepared for that.

I know Cam Jurgens can play better at, at left guard.

Uh, I am worried about Steen.

I don't think he's very good.

... and Jurgens to be somewhat, uh, if not their full versions of themselves, something approaching that.

Because what were they supposed to do? Were they supposed to go out and sign a center in free agency? Like, they were in a tough spot.

I, I do think, uh, I'm glad to see, I think Cam Jurgens seems to be getting a little bit more grace as the week has gone on coming out of that game, 'cause it was just such a tough spot-

Some of the beat reporters have kind of said that this kind of was looking like a long-term resolve to put cam jurgens that left guard move drew kendall into center where he seems to be most comfortable so lj i was just ranting on about the offensive line and and giving them a few more weeks so what what's kind of your thought on a lot of the talk about a lot of fans getting really antsy and wanting to make even more moves at the offensive line can

know there's clearly some issues still there in the run game do you have confidence that will get better um with the more reps these guys get at those positions uh do you have confidence that kendall is the right player to step up or would you think we could see willie lamb can step in the next couple of weeks

see this is the problem we've got because Right now, I don't really have confidence that the offensive lane is going to get better.

And it's really because...

I hate singling him out, but, I mean, Cam Jurgensen isn't playing well.

He's just not.

He's not playing well at all, whether it's at centre or whether it's at left

He goes on IR.

Uh, they shift Cam Jurgens over to left guard.

They bring in Drew Kendall, uh, who made his first, uh, you know, meaningful NFL start last week.

So a lot of moving parts on the offensive line.

... an immediate loss.

Um, he, he just feels like a technically refined player that the Eagles, I think, have needed, you know, since Jason Kelce has, has retired, um, you know, from the Eagles the last couple years.

Cam Jurgens is a fine player, um, but you know, really since, uh, you know, he's, he's been banged up the last couple years and, and just isn't the same player.

Same with Landon Dickerson.
