Right.

And so this year when we went into two-a-days, I said, "No, w- you're gonna, we're gonna take our upperclassmen, we're gonna branch you individually, and we'll branch our sophomore, our juniors, and our freshmen off like that." And I made the seniors and the juniors lead, and I made them almost like, "This is my team and I'm gonna take care of them, and so if they don't fini- like, if they're not finished running their 400, hey, I'm gonna go back and I'm gonna cheer 'em on and I'm gonna come back." So we kinda turned a program, um, around with the culture.

We had, like, a almost a negative, like, mentally draining culture, and I was like, "I'm not having that.

We are a team as in I don't care if you're a senior or a freshman, this is your team and this is how we function.

And you're gonna cheer the next person on because whether you like it or not, if there's a bad pass, me as a setter, I'm gonna make that hitter look good-

Ooh, okay.

And so, and we did.

I mean, we went and we played a 6A school, and we played 5A schools, and we were playing, and we were going.
