Do you think this is a deliberate policy by, uh, these big shops to not hire Irish people, or is it because the Irish people just aren't applying?

applying?No, I, I do, I do think that you just don't want to hire them, Adrian, because for the simple fact, why is that? I mean, I seen town up just, uh, up Camden Street, and all the shops that have Irish in, do you know what I mean? You'd see them in, in all the shops.

But as I said, I was, I was into Tesco this morning, and I was told they can use the machine over there.

I said, "No, thanks.

Yeah, yeah.

So, you know, you go up the Camden Street and you've got the side entrance to Whelan Street.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know, sure.

And you went further up there.

And that was one of the venues that I used to go to a lot

as well.

There's a place on Camden Street called Onshore.

Like a lot of these were kind of commercial ground floor and residential.

Can I ask you now to name your favourite poem?

Well, I have a lot of poetry that I really like, but the latest experience with a poem was when I was commissioned to design a window for a well-known pub on Camden Street.

The buildings belonged to the Airlie Studio, which is a stained glass studio.

And it was originally a convent.

And I was contacted by Jordan Colvert to design a window, St. Kevin and the Blackbirds.

And if you go to this hotel and pub on Camden Street, you will see the window behind the bar.

And it's an image of St. Kevin with blackbirds.

Can I ask you to read a small section of that poem?

So we're a experience and entertainment agency.

We're based on, uh, Camden Street in Dublin.

Oh, I know well.

So we operate largely out of-

That won't, that won't last.

Yeah, it's hard to get out of Camden Street-

It is.

Um, uh, we also love CN Dumplings on Montague Street.

It's, you know, you'd never think to go there, but it's a little side street off Camden Street, and they do brilliant dumplings.

My kids love the chicken dumplings.

They're really plain, but super tasty.

At eleven o'clock there is continuous firing, and snipers firing from the direction of Mount Street, and in every direction of the city these sounds are being duplicated.

In Camden Street, the sniping and casualties are said to have been very heavy.

One man saw two volunteers taken from a house by the soldiers.

They were placed kneeling in the centre of the road, and within one minute of their capture they were dead.

She covered this poor debris with a little straw and carried the hat piously to the nearest hospital in order that the brains might be buried with their owner.

The continuation of her story was less gloomy, although it affected the teller equally.

''There is not,'' said she, ''a cat or a dog left alive in Camden Street.

They are lying stiff out in the road and up on the roofs.
