20:39
Yeah.
20:40
But that is, that is, that is where we live and who we live with.
20:44
Um, that's why, that's why we beat Tennessee.
20:47
Like, like Texas is so much better, right? Anyway, um, yeah, so, so if you like my particular style of musings, uh, later today at Brass Ring Media, you will see, uh, the feature.
21:01
And I think what I titled it was Breaking the Bank: The Match and the Men Who Started It All.
21:08
So it was a, a fun little revisit, um, you know, from that time.
21:12
And, you know, just a few things, like going back and watching that match, um, I, uh, as, as you give the whole game away, right? Um, I said Benjamin was the MVP.

15 MINS LATER

36:19
Yeah
113:26
[laughs]
113:27
And Dee's throwing that heat, and then, like, they overwork Dee, and it's...
113:34
Yeah, it's great.
113:35
It's a moment.
113:36
You gotta check that out.
113:38
That sounds great.
113:40
Um, Money in the Bank coming up Saturday.
113:42
Um, just posted a feature on Uncrowned with Jacy Jayne.
55:59
How are
56:00
you? No, I'm well.
56:01
I'm well.
56:02
I hope you guys are well.
56:05
Yeah, it is absolutely a day.
56:09
I, of course, you know, reached out to the people who I thought I should reach out to, making sure that they're okay.
56:15
I'm sure they're busy doing other things.
SP3HOST
59:02
well, man.
110:23
tell me about this game tell me about this
110:25
game so this is yeah this is a like smaller project that arc system works uh developed and um it's a jrpg but jrpg it's like it's pretty loose terms like honestly a big like part of this experience kind of reminds me of like something i would experience from a mobile title um when it comes to like the gameplay and the combat and So it's more or less a visual novel where you're basically a detective and you have these powers from these creatures called anomalies.
111:06
And so you're... it's really like you, all of the cut scenes are done or like just visual novel style.
111:15
And then you have like a map and you basically are going to certain locations to try and find out more information on whatever case you're working on.
111:24
and uh it'll tell you like this is the level of the difficulty that this fight is going to be and then this is the chance like this is the percentage chance of these potential skills that you can unlock so you don't unlock skills by leveling up you unlock skills by completing certain battles um so when you're in actual combat itself It is outside of like moving left, right, forward, backward type dashes.
111:56
It's all just like attack based.
111:59
So you have three different skill options laid out that can be mapped.

8 MINS LATER

119:50
oh
17:30
Not you,
17:31
SB3.
17:33
So today is a very cool day because I'm doing a thing with Kofi and Austin today.
17:44
And I don't know when it's going to be like a feature.
17:49
We were shooting for All Out, but a little too close to when Ariel interviewed them.
17:57
So we're pushing it back a little bit, but those are my guys.
18:01
So that should be really fun.

16 MINS LATER

33:48
why it is deeper than than football that they are booing you like maybe that part should click with you instead of like oh if i just play better i'll be cheered which he will like sports fans are sports fans you can do the worst in the world but if you win championship it's like well you're the greatest human
SP3HOST
44:32
We get it.
44:32
I mean, you can do what you want, you a grown man, but don't do that.
44:35
We are experiencing this as a family.
44:37
You need to lock in as a family.
44:40
But sorry, let's get back on track.
44:44
Um, I get a little criticism sometimes from being a little, kid gloves is what they call it.
44:53
"Cam, you're very nice, and you talk to the, the talent and the management, and you're very nice to them and you say nice words about them." And I don't think I'm being nice, I think that's the way I tell stories.

27 MINS LATER

71:35
That's where I thought you were going, 'cause I did see.
19:25
Oh.
19:26
Yeah, because I... there's new PR at AEW and not like, you know, Adam Hopkins is still there, but it's like a new team, you know? And so when, when Danny left, Danny like really put me over with those guys.
19:44
And so I was like, Oh, I have to like do good.
19:46
And then like the first month or so it didn't really, it wasn't as smooth.
19:50
Like we did the interview with Maya world.
19:52
We ended up doing it late.
19:53
So it wasn't a feature.

8 MINS LATER

28:11
yeah oh i thought that was great yesterday because i didn't have to cover it like
115:41
Can-
115:41
I can't think of anything that, like, people wanted to work more than that game, and I understood the attitude towards it.
115:49
Like, you know, the wrestling company that I like that does the things that I like are gonna bring back the kinda games that I like, and they just kinda made a video game.
115:59
Like, a $30 million loss, and listen, I don't know anything about how numbers work or anything.
116:04
I show up, they give me money to do stuff sometimes.
116:07
I pay the bills and, you know, buy bottles.
116:09
But if you're gonna lose $30 million, just go get the boys that did No Mercy- ... slap some faces on that game, and just make the game.
118:02
[laughs]
104:31
His own girlfriend will say that, but does not do meth, does not do
104:36
crap.
104:37
You got the juice.
104:38
You got the juice.
104:39
You got the juice now.
104:41
So I really just came on here to tell a quick story because the arrogance in me, I was looking at something yesterday and I was on YouTube doing the Googles.
104:51
I never realized that you clipped the story I told about me and Ricky watching Cowboys and Commanders.
105:00
Yeah, that sounds like something I may have done, sure.
20:52
What do you make of this idea here to inject Roman Reigns into the triple A picture?
21:02
There really is a comfort zone, um, at the top of the WWE card.
21:08
Um, and this is not a knock, but it is, there's very little new involved.
21:15
Like, Oba Femi's getting there, right? But even the guys on the fringe, um, a guy- guys like an LA Knight, have kind of been almost there, right? And so it's kind of a thing where it's like they all play in the same division.
21:30
Roman knows who he's gonna face two times a year, and that's kinda who he's prepared for.
21:35
I do think it's a chance for them to do something fresh, um, to put him in, not just with maybe a fresh opponent, but a fresh audience.
21:43
You know? Um, I'm very curious about how that audience responds to the guy who's been considered the top star in the top company for a while, you know? Um, I think that-

9 MINS LATER

30:43
Mm-hmm
3:48
Well, yeah, I want to see what Cam says about that.
3:50
no I just think that like I think that is a very like that is fair but I also think that like It kind of depends.
3:57
I think that there are games that do intro stuff really well and straight to the point.
4:03
Final Fantasy VII is a great example of that.
4:07
But I also think that it just kind of depends on what the JRPG is trying to achieve.
4:13
I don't know if Emmett's actually started it, but I'm sure he's seen me over the past few years fall in love with the Trails series, right? Yeah, you're a big Trailhead.
4:24
and the trail series is about the storytelling it's about the world building and so like that game a lot of that game is that series is structured in a way because they're put into different arcs where like the first game is like all set up it's like almost all set up but then the next game is all payoff And so it's just, it's so satisfying in the way that it does its storytelling and its world building that like, you know, if you're playing something like that, then you're going to kind of get the idea of like, oh, this is not the same kind of thing that something like Expedition 33 is doing.

1 HR 32 MINS LATER

97:12
but yeah uh cam are any are any of these games like something you're fucking with or is this like uh i can go play other shit this week
57:46
What happened to that radio drive time headset you had?
57:52
to Total Wireless, my guys.
57:55
So a couple of, like a month ago, Kevin from PWI reached out and was like, hey, would you like to do a cover feature on Trick Williamson? Of course I would.
58:06
You know, Trick was the guy that we actually started Uncrowned with.
58:10
He was our very first Uncrowned feature.
58:13
And I was like, of course I would.
58:14
And he said, okay, I'll set it up through WWE.
60:17
to booster
32:07
but what, what was your, your thoughts about Crimson Moon?
32:12
Yeah, so Crimson Moon, when it was first shown off, I believe that was at a Nintendo Direct actually.
32:17
Um, I may be wrong about that.
32:19
But first time I saw it, I, it didn't really speak to me outside of the art style.
32:25
And so when I saw that there was an opportunity to play it, I was like, "Okay, let's actually check and see what this is." 'Cause at first I didn't know if it was a roguelike.
32:32
I didn't know if it was more like an action RPG adventure type title.
32:38
And so, um, but I kinda went in thinking it was going to be a roguelike, and, uh, that's what it is.

24 MINS LATER

56:46
Mm.
6:14
But, like, in its genre, it's gonna be something that's really strong for, for what they're gonna put out.
6:18
Yeah.
6:19
September is very much m- painting a picture of the, uh, of many of the notable games that are gonna be considered for game of the year, for sure.
6:27
And I'm curious, I am curious, similar to you, like, what those games are that's gonna move out of September, because Phantom Blade immediately moved to October 29th after the, uh, the State of Play happened, and they saw all the release dates, and they were probably just like, "You know what? We're just gonna move our game now," and they moved it to October 29th.
6:49
Which honestly, I, I don't think October is a bad month to release, even with GTA, uh, coming out in November.
8:40
Yeah
8:40
... h- the owner of the gas station is actually a friend of his, but he wasn't there, and so he's just like, "But it's been so long since I've been there." And, and then you're, like, learning how, like, that whole, like, that whole part of his life has changed.
8:51
And then, like, when he's checking out, he sees a picture of him, the owner, and his wife when they were younger.
speaker_4UNKNOWN
44:13
know that was where we were going.
44:15
Let me talk.
44:16
I think he's the Beatles.
44:17
And listen, Jeremy, Jeremy, wherever you are, I love you to death.
44:24
But Joel, I think I've told you this.
44:30
Bruce Mitchell taught me a lot.
44:32
And the most important thing he taught me was the Hardys are the Beatles.

8 MINS LATER

SP3HOST
52:45
don't think so.
57:19
Hello.
57:19
I'm just, I'm absolutely shocked that, that...
57:24
I come to wish my friend a happy birthday.
57:26
Thank you.
57:28
And you wouldn't even...
57:32
The fact that you think I would take advantage of a moment like that and make it about myself, that's a, that's a terrible thing.
57:40
Just horrible.
DannyMODERATOR
14:27
Cam.
14:29
Hi, Tony.
14:30
Can you hear me all right?
DannyMODERATOR
14:32
Can you hear me okay?
14:33
Yes, sir.
14:35
Great.
14:35
I was curious about your thoughts creatively on the main event.
14:39
We've seen situations where a wrestler would challenge for the title and last time to challenge match or, you know, can't compete for the title anymore, to varying levels of success.
85:59
No.
85:59
I have never loved a person more in a short period of time, because I, I asked this question.
86:06
I said, "Hey.
86:08
I was at, uh, I was at All In.
86:11
I was at the press conference.
86:13
Can you tell me about the time from you winning the match to you getting to the press conference?" And he just, he starts talking about being backstage and flying his family in, and the dude is crying at 9:00 in the morning.
86:27
And I was like, [laughs] "I couldn't like you any more.

6 MINS LATER

92:56
God.
