Cambridge School of Culinary Arts

I decided to go into pastry school.

So I attended the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts here in the Boston area where I live currently.

And that was really an eye opener into understanding all those different aspects that I just mentioned.

It was a French patisserie-focused training, and I obviously really enjoyed it, learned a lot, and it really helped me open new perspectives into pastry, into patisserie, which then made me comfortable in pursuing this as a career, as different opportunities.
