Cam Grandy

The Vikings added two players.

They added tight end Cam Grandy and defensive lineman Naquan Jones to the practice squad and released Marshall Lang, the tight end, the one that Nolan Teasley had brought in.

And you're probably thinking, well, who in the world are these gentlemen? Well, I have the answer for you.

about these two new practice squad guys because it is possible that either one of them or both could end up on the field at some point for the Vikings this year.

Now they don't want that from, from Jones, but we've seen Flores be able to carve out certain roles for, for these types of players where maybe they're a little bit more effective than they were in the past.

He's on the practice squad, so it doesn't mean that necessarily we will ever see him get into a game, but having at least some experience in that room if there's an injury and somebody has to bump up is a good thing for this practice squad because they didn't have much of that.

Now, Cam Grandy, what a great name.

Reminds me of the John Sterling Granderson, the Grandy Man Can, the Granderson home run call.

And right now the Minnesota Vikings have 19 players on the practice squad.
