Are you feeling the same way? That, that, like, from your point of view, especially as someone who's in the AI recruiting space, but also just as a recruiting agency using these tools, thinking about where it's going, do you also feel that things like creativity, which are again, something that AI is not great at, um, is going up in value for recruiters even to hire people for your own team?
28:24
Yeah, it's funny you say that.
28:24
We actually had a, like a, a, a half, second half of the year sort of kickoff here at Eames, um, only like a week and a half ago.
28:33
And that was pretty much, you know, the whole sort of subject that we were talking about.
28:38
You know, how can we not be left behind by our competitors? But at the same time, if we are gonna be utilizing, you know, technologies that automate, you know, our, our business development outreach, how can we also maintain that old school, warm, personal reach out to our clients? But I feel like once you start using AI, you kind of lose sight of like exactly, you know, what recruitment is and how we build our relationships.
29:03
So there's a lot of talk on, "Hey, yes, we are gonna implement, you know, X, Y, Z to automate your processes," but this is only gonna free up your, your time to be, you know, to be more clever and strategic about your outreach to, to, to those really top 10, top 15 account chase.
29:21
So, you know, in my eyes, it's freeing my time up in order to, you know, read more case studies, do more research, have my outreach be a lot more sort of customized and personable to, to, to the people I actually wanna really connect with.

YeahYou know, there's gotta be limits to what we're giving AI, I think.
