You know, we had, uh, we had back-to-back Black Ops games, and we know that, uh, there needs to be some cool down with the Black Ops franchise.

So maybe a strike team within Treyarch could do that and, like-

But, uh, there's a part of the video where design director Kevin Drew says, uh, let me find the quote.

They, so they acknowledge that, yep, th- it, they're basically saying goodbye to Black Ops in this video-

There's, the other thing that's weird about this, it just occurred to me, Activision has tried to make sci-fi Call of Duties, and they kinda swore them off.

The most they do now is, like, Black Ops, where it's, like, near future.

But they tried Infinite Warfare, and people hated that so much that they've never gone back to space really.

But I, I was hoping that they would, or I was hoping that Call of Duty would at least have the thematic range to have sci-fi shooting games in its, its campaign.

But coming soon, beginning of September 4th, Dice of a Million will come to Xbox Game Pass.

Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War, which is the best Call of Duty in the current era of Call of Duty, September 8th.

I think that's yeah.

So that would mean that of the new era will be like Modern Warfare 2019, Modern Warfare 2, Modern Warfare 3, Black Ops Cold War and Vanguard, Black Ops 6 and 7.

I think all of the modern Call of Duty games are now on Game Pass anyway.

uh the royal writ uh on september 10th comes a game pass uh also on september 10th virtua fighter 5 revo world stage and on september 15th a game that's launching in the game pass that i'm actually pretty interested to try but this is a wait till it's on sale because it's a uh It's a survival crafting game, and that's not my kind of thing.

I love cyberpunk.

settings so it's it's got enough boxes checked that i'm more than happy to stick with it it's you know it's about a 12 hour game or so so i'm i'm happy to see where it goes but i am very excited for the follow-up game no law and so i feel very compelled and obligated to experience this game in a fuller sense in excitement for preparation of no law next year All right, the other thing I've been playing this week is Modern Warfare 4, the beta.

So those two things never go together, and so they're trying to meet in the middle with this one, 'cause Modern Warfare's always been a little bit slower, and Black Ops is way more zoom, zoom, drive, drive, right? So they're trying to kinda meet in the middle.

The omni-movement has been toned down.

The speed of the run has been toned down, uh, from Black Ops, right? But sped up from Modern Warfare-ish.

And, uh, I, I think the TTK is a little too fast [laughs] in this one because-

That's one of the complaints I've seen.

They only have regular during betas.

They don't have hardcore.
