Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare

May- if they make it like Advanced Warfare, 'cause Advanced Warfare was, like, a futuristic game for a Call of Duty quote.

Uh, that's, and I, I will stand on this, like, that was one of my favorite, uh, Call of Duty fr- uh, campaigns.

Advanced Warfare, was it? Or Infinite Warfare or something? Oh, you may be right,

Yeah, yeah.

Oh, maybe we didn't do Call of Duty the original.

We did Advanced Warfare.

We did Ghosts.

We did Black Ops.

Yep

... like it was in Advanced Warfare.

And, and then if it's a full package, BO3 Zombies is immaculate.

What about the campaign?

... with, with everybody.

He also says that CoD Advanced Warfare should be on the list-

because it's a strange thing because they could have gone in one of two directions, right? They could have tried to go kind of more grounded and have it be more like BO2 or have it be more like Black Ops 3 where they're kind of like really starting to push things.

And that's where I feel like BO3 really kind of shined because they're making really bold decisions like, The choice to continue exosuits from Advanced Warfare, but then actually kind of smoothen out the movement, and then also turn it into a hero shooter and have specialists, not for nothing, that completely flips the COD formula on its head, and they took a big risk by doing it, but I think it's also a big reason why people loved Black Ops 3.

When it comes to, like, BO2... for me at least, like, looking back, coming off of BO1, it was really just a further refinement of the formula, if we're just talking about, like, multiplayer.

But for BO7, it kind of lands in, like, a weird, kind of awkward phase, I feel like.

like Ghost just did not, it didn't have the same appeal, it didn't have the momentum that they were hoping for.

And then with Advanced Warfare the following year, they just stopped doing it.

They started showing us percentages of players in a playlist, but with no online player counters.

They started going in space and stuff.

Well, sort of, but they got this advanced warfare.

And you're playing online and you've got, like, guys on jetpacks.

I'm like, no, no, let's just stop that for a minute.

My friend wanted me to come out there, but the only time I've been there was for X Games and fucking Advanced Warfare.

And and that even though it's been over 100 degrees every day, that was the hottest thing I can remember in my life.

I was like 350.

But overall, to me, the thing that I like, like I said, I didn't play the updated movement was...

Man, like, I know a lot of people, they're like, oh, you're an unk, you're old, you know, get with the Omni movement, da-da-da-da-da.

But, like, I've been through this when people went from Ghost to Advanced Warfare, and then we went from...

I've been through 15 different movement iterations and all type of stuff.

So yeah, so it'd be nice to like, again, a few of these are in Game Pass and stuff, but it'd be nice to know that I would have them otherwise.

The cool thing about how this works is if I get, say I throw my problematic Call of Duty Advanced Warfare in there and it ties it to my account.

Now, if I go to send this off to GameStop and somebody else buys it and puts it into their Xbox with their account, it removes the right... for me to have that game.

So now you've made sort of digital ownership re-transferable via the discs, okay? So that's really cool.
