So let me give you a great example.

In California, we have a law called the Unfair Competition Law, the UCL.

It's a very broadly written law that says, hey, A business can't engage in business practices that are illegal, fraudulent, or unfair.

So traditionally, we've seen this law applied against businesses where there might be some anti-competitive business practices.
