You don't want loads of distracting graphics we don't want a photo on there either because that can you know create bias it takes up quite a lot of space on what should be a short document but keep the font clean you know no italics or you know calligraphy style fonts so Calibri or Arial easy to read size 11 for the main points 14 for the head headings use a black text on white background so something really simple and we're going to go through the structure anyway but that would be first things first when you first start putting pen to paper obviously at the top you need your personal details um and the amount of people that don't seem to put their personal details at the top is quite staggering so obviously your name you don't need necessarily your full address um if you're worried about like gdpr and things like that but definitely pop your town or whereabouts in the country you are the reason being you might apply for a role and that I'm recruiting for, for example, and you might not be 100% right for that particular role.
