I think his last name was Laura, a con- a, a, a, a congressional or state legislator in California who went after the private colleges, especially the Christian colleges in California like Biola and Cal Baptist and so on, and, um, wanted to pull their access to Cal Grants, which was making an incredible, uh, amount of students, uh, able to attend schools like that.

They send a computer file that says you have a grade point of a 3.0, which is for Cal Grant A, um, and C, or a 2.7 for Cal Grant B, but that has to be sent by your high school counselor.
