I was 33 years old.

I was a director of recruitment and training at Cadwalader.

And the thought I had that really pushed me over the edge, and I think it applies to anybody in those situations, whether it's a new job or a new venture or starting a new company, is when I look back at this moment 20 years from now, will I regret doing it or not doing? What's the bigger risk? Because I think sometimes when we think of risk, our mind just goes right to failure.

What if this doesn't work? But what if we don't try? And I think that that's how I, I don't know where it came from, but I thought just dropped it.

You have a really kind of a who's who in the regulatory space, even in the law firm and legal tech space.

You've got, you know, former SEC general counsel and CFTC commissioner, former CEO of Thomson Reuters, former partner at Cadwalader and King & Spalding, former superintendent of the New York Department of Financial Services, and a former SEC commissioner.

That is not your typical advisory board.

That-- As soon as I saw that list, I said to myself, "This sounds different than what I've seen thus far in the AI native space." And it feels like, um, uh, like a second generation.
