So Bandon Lottery is open right now, Tuesday the 20th and Wednesday the 21st.

sand valley opens the 22nd and 23rd the lottery for those fegc only trips uh we have public trips coming for stream sawn next week in cabot cape breton uh also opening up next week will just wrote a course profile uh an about page on cabot cape breton i think andy went up there recently too and and raved about it offline.

dinner but um had a lovely i was fortunate i flew out to cape breton uh to sydney nova scotia and spent uh two wonderful days a saturday sunday got there for late friday night left early monday morning but had saturday sunday In Cape Breton, went up to the Cabot Cliffs and Cabot Links golf courses right on the ocean.

And let me tell you something, when the wind is blowing up there, you feel it.

Laid nine holes at a little par-3 course in 83-kilometer winds.

Sure.

So when you go there, if you go there and, and, uh, let, let's, let's just call it what it is, okay? Cabot Cliffs, Cabot Links, and-

Sure, yeah

... and now there's a new, the new one, uh, that's, that's being built.

Ben came into the golf industry at an early age, organizing international outings to the world's best courses, exposing him to golf along the global spectrum.

In the mid-aughts, he turned his attention to a project that would eventually become Cabot Links in northern Nova Scotia, now known as Cabot Cape Breton, buoyed by the financial backing of Mike Kaiser, who'd continue to partner with him on ventures over the next fifteen years.

We'll let Ben tell most of his story, but just know that he's relentlessly active and constantly looks for new opportunities to develop golf and, more recently, real estate.

That quest has led to outposts at Cabot Saint Lucia, Cabot Citrus Farms in Florida, Cabot Highlands in Scotland, Cabot Revelstoke, or Cabot Pacific in Western Canada, and others that we'll touch on.

You know, when people, um, you know, tell me I was saved by COVID, uh, me being in golf, um, I don't tell them that we were sold out in 2019 too.

But I think, you know, golf in our, in our business was, was pretty great at pre-COVID.

You know, Cabot Cape Breton with Cliffs and Links were really busy.

We were seeing opportunities.
