Chris Potter came back as Cable in the new X-Men 97 and my friend AJ is doing it.

my friend AJ plays Gambit now and he's loved Gambit since he was a kid so it's cool that he got the role because he's been obsessed forever so awesome

Big change is Boom Boom is taking over the leadership.

after Cable's mind has become compromised, and X-Force is framed for a major crime, so thus the fugitive title there.

So lineup's going to be Boom Boom, Archangel, Helverine, Domino, and Ms. Marvel, and they're looking for Cable, or Domino specifically is out there looking for Cable.

So it's taking the existing Inglourious X-Men concept and turning it into a team-on-the-run story, so...

Well, since Apocalypse infected X-Factor's ship, it has begun lashing out against New York and losing control of itself.

It seems this was also a distraction for Apocalypse to steal Nathan Summers, which one of his goons succeeds in doing, despite the arrival of a woman from the future named Ascani, who swore that she would protect Nathan.

Well, with the ship out of control, it decides its best course of action is to fly into space and initiate a self-destruct sequence.

Unfortunately for X-Factor, it doesn't have enough resources to save them.

So yeah, I'm taking it right now as we've got a new mystery that we're throwing into the hopper.

But boy, does the action ever stop here, right? This is just going, it's going, it's going, and that can be fun, but it can also be tiring, right? I enjoyed this.

I enjoyed the fake-out of Apocalypse attack being about the ship, and it seems that even that was a fake-out in order to get Nathan, so it's kind of like Apocalypse is doing 4D chess, right? And I am curious about Ascani, this mysterious woman from the future.

I want to know how X-Factor gets out of this.
