So, um, as, as you know, there's 13 different symptom clusters, which has roughly 35 different symptoms, so that lit up for CIRS.

There was also the biomarker testing, so C4a, MMP-9, TGF beta 1, MSH.

All of that lit up too, as well as the HLA haplotype and the VCS contrast sensitivity test.

So all that together confirmed the CIRS diagnosis, also paired obviously with the mold exposure in, in the home.

... you know, for what you feel comfortable, walk us through what they are, and more importantly, what each of them is telling us?

Yeah, absolutely.

Um, so we look at C4a, um, which is a complement, and it's tied to the biotoxin illness pathway.

Um, it also lights up with bacteria as well.

And then you activate these alternate complement pathways of inflammation.

That's where the C4A and the C3A come in.

And what else is going on?

Well, part of that activation of the complement, like you mentioned, is that you start chewing up the complement system and create C4A.

I think that the thing that's really interesting about that is that in the rheumatology world, they've known for years, like you can check a C3, a C4, a CH50, which is a test for the totality of your complement immune system.

When those are low, It means you're being chewed up by something.

Now, I've actually tested lots of my patients on this, and I will say the CH50 is high, but I've not seen C3 and C4 levels consumed by patients.

That's more the Lyme stuff.
