The Portuguese club announced the acquisition of a majority stake of ninety percent of share capital by an international consortium, which brings together investors with experience in sports, investments, and technology, as well as a group of strategic investors connected to international football, including Thomas Müller, Matt Hummels, Yann Sommer, and Lucas Hernández.

This deal is reportedly worth about forty million euros.
