We're still talking about a lot of first-of-a-kinds.

So other than the AP1000, the GHitachi, WWRX is first-of-a-kind.

The Oklo will be a first-of-a-kind.

The X-Energy will be a first-of-a-kind.

How that project goes stands to dramatically shift the SMR landscape.

Here in the US, the Tennessee Valley Authority is exploring use of that same BWRX-300 reactor design used in the Darlington project for its own Clinch River project, and it's already secured significant federal funding, though it is in much earlier stages than Darlington.

So I'd say if you want to watch this space, those are two projects to definitely keep a close eye on.

You recently published your annual or periodic look at the state of the advanced nuclear sector.

Um, but they are doing a fleet approach, which is exactly what Victor and, and Steve you were talking about.

And so in Poland, um, they're doing BWRX-300 technology, and they have government approval to do 26 SMRs.

And they're already have identified 14 that they wanna build in the first round at three different sites.

It created a mature regional workforce and supplier network.

OPG is now building the first of four planned GE Vernova Hitachi BWRX-300 small modular reactors at the same Darlington site, and many workers from the refurbishment have been retained for the new project.

Existing nuclear sites already have grid connections, roads, water infrastructure, security systems, and established regulatory relationships.

Darlington also has something new-build projects frequently have to assemble from scratch.

First-of-a-kind costs still have to come down.

Workforce continuity does not eliminate nuclear project uncertainty on its own.

The first BWRX-300 at Darlington is a first-of-its-kind commercial deployment with an estimated cost of $5.54 billion for that unit and $15.4 billion for all four reactors combined.

The economics of the broader program depend partly on cost reductions as later units repeat the design, and analysts caution those reductions have not yet been demonstrated commercially.
