Plainview will be the number one in D1.

1-3-A, Bushland and Freona get wins.

So Bushland will be number one in D1, Dalhart 2, and then on the D2 side, Freona 1 and River Road 2.

District 2-3-A, Shallow Water and Lubbock-Talkington win.

So Shallow Water will be number one in D1, Lubbock-Talkington will be 2.

Yeah.

You'll look up and maybe it's Bushland.

And all of a sudden, well, you just took my three best volleyball players.

Right, which is, I don't see that, but I get what you mean.

District 5-4-8, Lubbock Cooper Liberty beats Plainview in straight sets, so they are the district champs.

District 1-3, Dalhart and Freona, they won on Tuesday night.

Bushland, though, the district champs there.

District 2-3, Shallow Water and Idaloo both won.

Yeah.

Uh, it was Shallowater and the way they handled Bushland.

I think the Bushland's offense has been so good, averaging 60 points a game over the last four.

And, you know, Shallowater hit 'em with big plays early, and forced them five turnovers on Parker Hall.

I did not see that coming.

Move down to District 1-3A, Division I. Logan Wynn and company from Shallowater beat Bushland 49 to 28.

Shallowater softball, man.

They've got Bushland, and that's a big game.

I, I'm told New Home is the Bushland for us.

I am fired up about this one.

They've won over Monaghan's.

Right? Their one loss on the year is to currently unbeaten Idolin.

Well, now they enter district play against a Bushland team that has shaken off an 0-2 start and has started rolling.

And especially their offense has gotten crazy.

They've played in four 100-point games, going 4-0 in them.

Two other notable teams in that category, Bushland and Sweetwater, have also played three different 100-point games.

But Haskell, my goodness.

Yeah, Haskell's doing weird things.

It is wild.

Class 3A, District 138, Division 1, Bushland, no problem with Denver City, 70-14.

These points, man.

I know.

Well, I know there's a lot of interest in no-till agriculture and the cover crops and stuff.

But when I spoke to people at Bushland, U.S. Department of Agriculture in Bushland, they said those cover crops in the winter would take up a lot of the water that you really don't have.

So this will watch you be starting out, you know.
