So I had a really varied life.

And then you'd have the whole year was organised through the calendar of the party, you know, starting with the Burns Supper and moving on.

Oh, we had a bit of Robert Burns before we came on, didn't we? We were telling Hannah about some Robert Burns before we came on.

You mentioned before some of the social events or some of the events that do take place that bring people together, and it's a very social kind of group.

I guess the one thing that would typify that would be the Robbie Burns Dinner.

That's one that I have been to personally for several years.

And there is a big crowd of people, and everybody seems to know everybody.

So we would celebrate Chinese New Year, of course, Spring Festival, Lunar New Year, which we'd learned to love.

And then we would celebrate other nationalities, celebrations like Burns Night or the National St. Andrew's Day, National Day of Scotland, and of course, St. Patrick's Day if you're Irish.

And in those celebrations, it was a wonderful way for everybody, not just international folk, Chinese mainlanders as well, to get a slice of what it was like to experience or learn a bit about that culture.

And that was really cool because the Irish community was tiny, tiny, tiny.

And all of his friends turned on him and joined on my side.
