Burn

Um, February 15th, '74, I thought this was amusing.

Deep Purple, Burn comes out the same time as Slade's Old, New, Borrowed and Blue.

Um, I like this one, May 17th, '74, uh, Budgie's In for the Kill comes out at the same time as UFO's Phenomenon.

And those are very similar albums anyways.

Um, and then we get this whole punk, uh, punk old, old school, uh, hard rock, who's gonna win? Who's gonna be the future thing? November 3rd, uh, '78, we get Judas Priest with Killing Machine and The Jam with All Mod Cons.

Um, April 6th, '79, [chuckles] is kind of a cool one.

Bunch of bands that I kind of relate all together, Two Way Army, Replicas, Squeeze, Cool For Cats, and Jean-Jacques Burnel, uh, his solo album from The Stranglers, Yeroman Cometh.

Um, this one's kinda funny.

It sounded like it was worked out.

Yeah, and the rumor, or I don't know if it's a rumor, came directly from them, but is that they had this around since Burn, but Richie never wanted to do it.

So this was their opportunity.
