And, uh, we're talking with the folks, uh, from the airport, Nick Longo and Jeff Bartley from, uh, Leahy BTV.

Yeah.

Scott has questioned Janoo's limited experience and several of her policies.

He has criticised her past position on F-35 fighter jets at Burlington International Airport, saying their removal could cost the Vermont Air National Guard more than 1,000 positions.

He has also challenged her proposal to reduce Vermont's dependence on federal funding and compared her health care plan with a failed single-payer proposal from former Governor Peter Shumlin.

Janu's plan would add a 2% levy on income above $250,000 and a 5% charge on income above $500,000.

It took off.

I mean, it's not going to mean anything to you like geography-wise, but we took off in the Burlington Airport.

If I were driving, it would take me about an hour and 15 minutes, hour and 20 minutes to get to White River Junction.

We took off from the airport, did an afterburner takeoff.

We're about an hour and a half south of, I guess, southeast of Montreal, and there's an airport there that's the YUL Airport.

We're also about an hour and a half north of the Burlington Airport.

There's also a private airport, like an FBO, that's, like, six minutes from us.

So we've had a few guests do this, where they'll fly in directly and then we'll just send a car to pick them up.

Again, there's a Her company, United Therapeutics, again, back to Martine Rothblatt and this, she runs a base out of Burlington, Vermont, the Burlington International Airport.

We just renamed Patrick Leahy International after that pedophile.

Wow.

And they're being impacted a lot by, you know, ice enforcement actions.

But I think to your point of the airport is that we've been sort of acting as a conduit for, For the past, we ran a very successful campaign to get ICE to stop using the Burlington International Airport, which they had been using largely in secret, which they can do in Vermont.

You can do things very secretly here.

It's very easy to just sort of throw on a flannel and blend in.

Yeah.

And that has impacted hundreds, if not thousands of people who would otherwise be separated from their families.

And, um, you know, they're being brought to different airports now, but the rate at which they're able to deport people in new England in particular has slowed significantly because they can no longer use the Burlington international airport.

Um, and that's just one piece of this, but we wanted to really build on the success of that campaign.
