Konami offered up Frogger, wherein players guided a little frog across the road, hoping to avoid dangerous cars and critters along the way.

Soon after, Data East came out with BurgerTime, aping Donkey Kong's approach, with side-scrolling platforms and ladders leading to the construction of giant burgers.

Then there was Qbert, which took its own path altogether, its cabinet coming with a specially adjusted joystick to allow for diagonal movement as he jumped up and down his patterns of colored cubes.

All three of these titles ranked among the top-grossing arcade games of their respective years, with millions eager to deposit quarters into their machines.

Well,

I would say that BurgerTime was totally a part of my life in the 80s playing, I think that was Atari or ColecoVision or something.

I had so many of these video gaming systems.

And the goal of that was just for a chef to run over the sandwich parts and knock them down and there was these angry pickles that would chase you around if you didn't do it right.

I mean, that's got to be pretty good.
