Uganda's kingdoms, which are centuries old, were outlawed by the government in 1967 as the president of Uganda sought to consolidate his rule.

four of them were reinstated in 1995 again with no real power more as like cultural and uh cultural leadership tradition stuff like that the four kingdoms were the buganda kingdom the ankole the bunyoro and the turo King Oyo's father returned to the country to be king, but he soon died and Oyo was crowned at three years old that same year.

Women are barred from becoming king.

They're the ones who are doing this.

You need to step out of that bubble in order to expose the ro- to begin to see things as an outsider, not as an insider, and that is the genius of Byamukama and Barugahare.
