So I want to come back to the bunion nut project that you've got on The Cook and the long-termness of that.

You've got this project with the Bunya Nuts that extends way beyond your lifetime.

Can you just tell us a little bit more about what it is to steward a project that extends so far into the future?

I think it's a form of megalomania or something.

And then beyond that, it'll just be refining.

I mean, what I've come to realize is that no matter how successful you are in life, if you don't pass what you're doing on to somebody else, then it pretty much may as well have never happened.

So this Bunya project is...

The only way I can succeed with that Bundy project is if I put it into other people's hands and they want to keep going with it.
