It was cold in Los Angeles.

Who? Oh, yes, ma'am.

This address is a three-bedroom brick house in a suburb of New Jersey.

This place looks like the kind of house where you'd get wine drunk at Bunko, not the mailing address for a huge investment group based in Shanghai.

Digging through property records for this home, I find more questions than answers.

The title to this house was made out not to Oasis Investment Group, but to an attorney who is a partner at an international law firm headquartered in Israel and the U.S., If the whole purpose of Oasis Investment Group is to invest in real estate, why is Oasis not on this property's

Mancala.

Also, have y'all played Bunco before?

Boring.

It's boring.

That's sad.

Okay.

So Bunco came into my life-

Sometimes it's so good

I like an activity, something that takes the pressure off and then we can chat while we're-

... on Meetup people playing Bunco and I'm like, "What is it?"

I kn- only know it from Mr. Monk and the psychic.

She was arrested for Bunco and fraud.

And we were like, "What is Bunco?"

Yeah, yeah.

What do you got? Bunco? What do you got? Do they still do Bunco-

I don't play Bunco.

I told you my s- Bunco story.

I got invited when I first moved here to join a Bunco group, and I knew from the get-go I wasn't gonna fit in.

Now, the way the OC ladies were saying in the beginning of their season, talking about this fight between Tamara and Shannon that got so wild that the rest of the housewives from the other cities were like, ooh, this is uncomfortable.

And they didn't actually give that at the Bunco party.

This is what I thought happened emotionally.

Like the other housewives are watching all these Salt Lady girls get into it.

But the fact that Vicki's like, "Ugh, these people," that's what's truly blowing me.

I'm not surprised, but it's shocking to see, you know what I mean? And that really could be, like, a metaphor for the whole thing, the whole shebang, the whole rollout of the franchises.

Vicki was good and comfortable in Orange County, and like, "Oh, how about we do depressing Bunco, and I could talk about my body dysmorphia, and that's gonna be entertaining." And then we go to Beverly Hills, and she's real comfortable at that white party.

And then we [laughs] go across the country to Atlanta, where things are different.

I've been in those situations too.

But I eventually found my hobbies because I wasn't wasting my time drinking wine, playing Bunko.

What? Why are we playing Bunko? That's a game with no skill.

I don't do book clubs because I'll never read the book.

don't need you don't need these groups as much as you think you do and you have more time sorry what I was trying to say was when they don't include you go pour yourself into your hobbies and go meet people doing things you already love then at least you have a common interest other than alcohol is my point okay okay I don't know I think this was a good episode who's to say I turned on fan mail for you guys and some of you have been using it and I've been cracking up getting your messages.

It just means you were the first or one of the first, and it, that can only get you so far, OG.

You dedicated your entire Orange County event to a Bunco game, to making us watch people play a board game or whatever Bunco is, and your trauma over Slade and Gretchen.

And so w- w- woohoo.

And then we're on the way to Beverly Hills.

We'll put it like that.

We had a neighborhood Bunco group, and at our Bunco group meetings, everyone else was enjoying the dinner that the host was cooking, where I was bringing my raw carrot sticks and celery to munch on.

I had tremendous issues with cortisol dysregulation and adrenal gland issues and got testing for that.

I was tested for ADHD and skin allergies and environmental allergies, which by the way, is not the same as mold testing.
