Bully Hill Vineyards

It is at the very bottom of Kuka Lake.

Is that where Bully Hill is?

I don't know.

We didn't go to any vineyards.

It might be.

The only reason I know Bully Hill is because they do

their own labels, and I love the art that they do.

Yeah, but their wine sucks.

And right around the time we were looking, Walter Taylor broke away from the family, the renegade Walter Taylor family.

he started Bully Hill growing hybrids.

So when we started thinking about making wine, we were in the Finger Lakes and we were tasting these hybrids and we're like, well, they're better than Concord wines, but they don't have any complexity or depth.

But we were kind of interested in what Walter Taylor was doing, but we didn't see the Finger Lakes or anything upstate.
