Uh, in volume three, we have chapter 18, "The Pirate Buggy the Clown." After everyone is asleep or unconscious, Luffy fights Buggy.

'Cause in my head canon, I always assumed that Conqueror's Haki 2.0, not only could you make people kneel, but you could use your haki to, like, really influence people's thoughts and to even mind control them, right? A la domination, what we see with the omen.

But as we were talking about earlier, you know, for every dark, there's gotta be a light, so how would Conqueror's Haki 2.0 manifest as something, you know, a good guy would utilize? And I came to the realization that I think that's really the property of the luck and the crazy charisma that the Ds and that Buggy and Luffy seem to have especially.

Like, Buggy is always failing upwards, right? Like, he has that crazy charisma, and I know Buggy's a joke character.

But don't sleep on Buggy.

He's actually one of the most powerful beings in the entire series.
