For those people who grew up with Adult Swim and are very familiar with the sort of vibes of their movies, very strange and somewhat intense sketch horror that they would do sort of in between their cartoons and other things that they showed.

But it is presented essentially as you're local TV programming through a series of commercials and news reports and things of what starts off as restaurant commercials and quickly devolves into the deterioration of not only everyone's sanity, but an entire town.
