What did the concourse look like when everything started, and what's the change you're proudest of?
9:58
So the before and after.
10:01
When this project started, the concourse felt tired, like a space that had served its purpose for years, but had slowly fallen behind the pace of modern travel.
10:09
Lighting was flat, sightlines were cluttered, materials were dated, and the atmosphere just didn't match the energy of our growing city.
10:17
It worked, but it didn't inspire.
10:19
It didn't welcome people with the warmth and clarity we wanted to know for.
10:22
It felt functional, but not memorable.
